About pellets

Wood pellets is a biofuel made from nature - 100% pure wood without any additives or binding substances. It provides safe heating for you and the environment around you. We are producing highest quality pellets and industrial grade pellets, with different volumetric weight, ash content and calorific value.

Highest quality wood pellets

We are producing 6mm and 8mm wood pellets of the highest quality, with ash content up to 0,5%. In Europe they are known as EN+ (Austrian standard for high quality wood pellets) quality product. The raw materials used in the production of pellets comply with the responsible extraction requirements, claim supported by various certificates. Monthly production volume reaches 2000 - 2500 tonnes. Highest quality (premium) wood pellets are available also in bulk.

Industrial grade wood pellets

We are producing industrial grade pellets sized 6mm with ash content up to 1,5%. In Europe, they are known as DIN (German standard for industrial grade pellets) quality product. They are intended for heavy-duty boilers, as well as for power plants and CHP plants for the production of heat and electricity. Their production involves the use of coniferous and deciduous sawdust.

How we produce pellets

#

Timber industry surplus (sawdust) is delivered and stored in stacks

#

The chips are sieved by separating the coarse fraction

#

Chip drying

#

Material is grinded to obtain the required chip fraction

#

The selected fraction is treated with steam (conditioned)

#

Wood chips are pressed and pellets are produced

#

Cooling of pellets

#

Re-sieving - the pellets are separated from the fine fraction and fraction is reused in the production

#

Pellets are transported to the warehouse and stored
